SOI JX-K302P 4MP IoT Sensor Solution
SOI (Silicon Optronics, Inc.) JX-K302P is a new 4MP CMOS image sensor that provides back-illuminated + near-infrared (BSI/NIR) technology.
This technology can significantly improve near-infrared sensitivity and achieve excellent image quality. With BSI NIR+ technology, security surveillance cameras can use fewer infrared LEDs and still obtain high-quality images under low light and near-infrared conditions.
With different platform SOCs, it can be applied to security surveillance, car HD, USB cameras, hunting cameras, infrared night vision devices, sports cameras and IoT AI cameras.
